This stay was a disaster. Upon arrival, I encountered major issues with the check-in process. The staff was unhelpful, and I was shocked to find that none of the pull-out sofas were actually available, despite what I had booked. There was a lack of necessary amenities, and I received incorrect information that nearly cost me my room. I can't express how frustrating it was to deal with rude employees and false advertising throughout my stay.

Not for the budget-conscious group
The kitchenette was a game-changer for us cooked breakfast each day saved us some bucks. The tv was nice after long trips to theaters and shops curls up on the couch to watch a movie.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but was acceptable for the overall experience.

Had an amazing time! The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed having the kitchenette for late-night snacks after a day of exploring. Only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t spoil my fun! 🍽️

Small kitchen area in the studio made meal prep easy. Air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool despite the heat outside. Flat-screen TV provided a good way to relax in the evenings.
The check-in process can be tricky if you arrive late since they may not accommodate after hours despite what the website claims. Some furniture items look a bit worn out, which can be distracting, complemented by visible rust on appliances that signal a need for an upgrade. On top of that, the lack of basic toiletries and insufficient towels can become an inconvenience during your stay.

Check-in process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly. The room I got, a Standard Studio, had a fair amount of space and a useful kitchenette. Unfortunately, the furniture looked quite worn, and I noticed rust on several appliances. Would be nicer if they updated the room's condition.

The front desk staff quickly greeted me upon my arrival. I appreciated their willingness to assist with the check-in process despite some hiccups due to late arrival. The studio provided a small kitchen area, which made cooking my own meals easy. The flat-screen TV came in handy for winding down in the evenings. However, the upkeep of the room left much to be desired. There was visible rust on appliances, and some furniture items seemed worn out. The lack of basic amenities like toiletries and insufficient towels was disappointing. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable despite outside heat. Overall, while there were bright spots in the service, the condition of the room was certainly lacking and can deter future stays.
